My name is Rico. I am someone who was underweight most of my life until my mid-20’s. Then, on my honeymoon, I lost my job. Stress overpowered me. Depression set in. Once that happened, I became overweight for the first time in my life. Self-confidence and self-esteem were lacking as I felt like there was very little I could do to improve my situation. Bad thoughts dominated my mind and arrested almost all motivation to take action for the better.

Despite self help attempts to lose weight and manage stress, it was not until after hiring a personal trainer that quantifiable results led to:

1. Being stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally 

2. Losing weight

3. Being able to handle daily stresses (and the inevitable unforeseen stresses) much better than before

Aiding that success is a sustainable diet that gets results without depriving myself of food and alcohol that I enjoy with friends. Since then, confidence and self-esteem has never stopped growing. Depression is virtually non-existent in my life now. By my more positive mood as a result of the training, I am better to those that matter most. I am also better at my work, and more ambitious.
