My name is Rico. I am someone who was underweight most of my life until my mid-20’s. Then, on my honeymoon, I lost my job. Stress overpowered me. Depression set in. Once that happened, I became overweight for the first time in my life. Self-confidence and self-esteem were lacking as I felt like there was very little I could do to improve my situation. Bad thoughts dominated my mind and arrested almost all motivation to take action for the better.
Despite self help attempts to lose weight and manage stress, it was not until after hiring a personal trainer that quantifiable results led to:
1. Being stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally
2. Losing weight
3. Being able to handle daily stresses (and the inevitable unforeseen stresses) much better than before

How much does custom fitness cost?
The exact price is dependent on what is needed for YOUR personalized program. However, it is lot less than you might expect! For comparison, most fitness trainers will charge $600-$1200 for 12 sessions of exercise training only. That does not even include food plans which can cost and additional $200-$300 a month! Rest assured, we are less than that, but still a quality investment.
I don't (or do) love cardio. Is there a lot of it?
Cardio is hardio, lol. But seriously, we make a truly customized program for what will work for your goals AND what you enjoy. We will not consistently add in exercises that you absolutely hate because who would stick to doing something they hate?
I saw a lot of barbell lifting in your videos. Will I be doing that?
We do believe that barbell training is the fastest way to get lean and strong. If you would like to learn how to use a barbell safely and effectively, we can definitely help you! However, were emphasize again that we custom make your workout for something that you enjoy long-term.
Will I be eating nothing but green stuff on your meal plan?
No! We recongize that most of us do not and will not stay on restrictive diets for long. No one wants to take their tupperware of chicken and broccoli to a date, dinner, or game night. We simply give you options WITH VARIETY that takes the thinking out of what to shop for, while also allowing flexibility for being social with people where salad and kombucha may not an option.
Will this meal plan cost me a fortune at the grocery store?
Nope, not at all. In fact we set up the plan according to your budget. Your budget could be as little as $10 a day and we still got you covered.
How will you deliver all of this value?
